User Responsibilities:

Refund Policy:

In the event of a transaction failure caused by technical issues or other reasons, the User is entitled to submit a refund request no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date the transaction failure occurs. Any refund request submitted after the 10 (ten) calendar day period following the refund offer will not be processed and shall be deemed automatically forfeited.

Upon the expiration of the refund request period as referred to in paragraph (1), any payment that has been made shall be considered forfeited, and the Service Provider shall have no obligation, responsibility, or legal liability whatsoever to the User in relation to such transaction in the future. The forfeited amount shall become the lawful property of the Service Provider and may be recognized as company revenue in accordance with applicable accounting policies.

Refunds may be provided in one of the following forms, subject to confirmation:
- A discount voucher equal to the failed transaction amount, or
- A direct refund to the user’s e-wallet or bank account used during the transaction.

Refund requests must be submitted through official Customer Support and will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days after complete information and proof is received.

User Data Processing:

• - By using the  lemontopup.id Service, Users grant permission to  lemontopup.id to collect, process, use, and disclose the provided information.

• - The privacy of User information will be maintained according to applicable standards, unless required by law to be disclosed.

• - lemontopup.id is not responsible for information leaks caused by technical issues.

Service Termination:

• - lemontopup.id has the right to terminate or restrict Services to Users in case of violations of these Terms of Use.
